AStar1 have been supporting Dad for 4 months now. We were both impressed with the company from the outset, they took the time to get to know him, ensuring both his safety and personalised care; nothing was overlooked. The small team of carers have been kind, patient, reassuring and competent, plus all communication with family has been timely and appropriate. We are not quite a month into the care for mum that AStar 1 are providing. We searched a long time to find the right care that both myself and mum would be comfortable with. How glad we are that we have found AStar 1. Initial meeting with managers who took the time to talk to mum and listen so that all her needs are met with professionalism, care, empathy and respect. The care the ladies give to mum is never rushed and time is always given to talk to her to make sure that she is comfortable and happy. This has most certainly eased my peace of mind of the care she is being given. Nothing has been to much trouble and they provide much more than just care and more than  I thought would be included! Astar1 are AMAZING! Kind, caring, thoughtful and so much more. We had a bad experience with a previous care company so we're obviously very cautious when finding the next.
